DIY Advice, Recipes & Health

As mentioned before, I have a huge variety on how I use my collection of oils, from a nighttime regimen that puts me in a state of bliss before bed, to the daily morning ritual of reviving and

refreshment, to nourishing food that stabilizes me throughout the day, to my acts of service by sharing homemade oil roll ons for friends or restorative oil during a yoga session.

I have tons of ways that I use oils in my life that I haven’t yet been able to write down the recipes and include photos. One day though, I most certainly will be doing that for you as well

as for myself.
